The Bucket design incorporates a tubular top beam with continuous curved rollback and leading edge side plates. The Toe Plates are made of "ABRO" which has a hardness of 400 Brinnel. We provide a bolt on tooth system with our general purpose bucket range, but other tooth systems can be fitted to the customer's requirements. If a heavy duty application is required then we change our specification and add additional Armour wear bar and "ABRO" side skirts to suit our customers exact needs.
Our Standard production bucket is based on a General Purpose specification, but any specification can be provided depending on the customers needs. We have the capability of producing Standard pins buckets for 1 tonne machines to 35 tonne machines and to any application, i.e. GP, Heavy Duty, Rock, Clay etc.
Most buckets are held as stock shells which only require the application of hangers (also held in stock) in order to make them machine specific, this can normally be done within 24 hours thus providing a fast response to customer needs.
