TRAINING STANDS

Masterhitch were asked to design and manufacture training stands for Greenshields JCB to help train technicians. 

DOVER DOCKS, DUNKIRK JETTY

Masterhitch worked with the customer (Robore Cuts) to design and manufacture 4 steel frames for the wire saw system.

ROOT PLATE ATTACHMENT, RUSKINS

Masterhitch worked with the customer (Ruskins Trees & Landscapes Ltd) to design and manufacture a root plate attachment for a landscaping project.

RECYCLING CENTRE 

Masterhitch were asked to manufacture parts for a recycling centre being installed near Enfield.

EXTENDED FORK CARRIAGES

Volkerfitzpatrick Ltd asked Masterhitch to create extended fork carriages to fit a Manitou MHT10180.

DIGGERLAND THEME PARK

Masterhitch worked with Allsafety ltd to design and then manufacture custom attachments to create rides and drives for Diggerland theme park.

BERRYRANGE

Masterhitch worked with Berryrange in Medway to design and create a cradle and a transport storage frame to safely house the auger drive unit.

CYLINDER REMOVAL

The cylinder is the first 80 ton to be removed and fitted into the transport frame Masterhitch made.

STEEL FRAME TABLE STRUCTURES

Masterhitch were asked to manufacture 2 steel frame table structures.
