CP Manufacturing
CP Manufacturing enlisted the help of Masterhitch to assist with the manufacturing of parts for a recycling center being installed near Enfield. Another local company, Ebbsfleet Engineering, also helped with the installation.
Rather than shipping parts from America, the company wanted to have the parts made in the UK instead. They supplied the drawings and the team at Masterhitch made the required parts.
To save time, some of the items were altered and made up the full assembly rather than having a bolt together item as originally designed.
The parts made for the project included:
- The conveyor walls and divert shoots
- The leg supports for the conveyors
- A frame to hold the cyclone fans
- The pit wall and walking floor walls
All of the parts were made using British Standard steel to be durable and promote and long life.
