This is a mostly office based trainee position where you will work alongside our Plant and Transport Manager and will assist in processing all administration to maintain the plant and haulage fleet. Updating of managerial tools to provide visibility to all depots. Process Penalty Charge Notices and make representation. Carry out administration with new and old vehicles as well as general day to day tasks as detailed by the Plant and Transport Manager. PC work including use of Microsoft and Google products as well as our bespoke software.
This is a Kickstart Scheme position so to be eligible to apply you must be aged 16-24 years and claiming Universal Credit.
Full training will be given, however the ideal candidate will be organised and methodical, will possess good verbal and written communication skills and will be computer literate, have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and be keen to learn.
Hours of work:
25 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday during normal office hours
