The Berryrange Cradle Project
Here at Masterhitch Europe Ltd, we have recently worked with Berryrange, located in Medway, Kent. They approached us wanting a bespoke cradle made to fit a Kobelco SK350 LC excavator. The new Berryrange cradle will attach to the digger via a quick hitch, and an auger / drill can then be used safely. View more details in our blog post.
Cradle Attachments
Cradle attachments for diggers are multifunctional tools primarily designed to safely transport and handle materials across construction sites. These attachments typically feature a sturdy, open framework with elevated edges to secure and contain loads during lifting or transportation.
Cradles are instrumental in lifting and moving various materials, including pipes, pallets, timber, and other bulky items. Cradle attachments enhance the digger’s versatility, enabling efficient material handling and contributing to streamlined construction processes by facilitating safe and precise placement of materials at desired locations on-site.
Additional Work
In addition to this bespoke project, Berryrange also requested Masterhitch to design and create a transport storage frame. This will efficiently and safely house the auger drive unit, whilst still being attached to the cradle.
